Refund Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To start a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.

How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit: 5-10 business days after receipt.

Shipping Policy
At Priceless Protein, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the details on our shipping practices.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate, up to 14 days delivery depending on product availability and activity.
Expedited Shipping: $12.99, up to 14 days delivery depending on product availability and activity.
Free shipping on orders over $50.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery time: Up to 14 days, depending on product availability and activity.
Customs, duties, and taxes: Priceless Protein is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Local Pickup
If available: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our address. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when it's ready.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (depending on product availability and activity), please contact us at support@pricelessprotein.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
